Symptoms of COVID-19
These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
This list is not all possible symptoms. Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

- Option 1: Contact your doctor’s office by phone to discuss your situation. They can send an order out for a drive-thru swab test if you meet the criteria or schedule an appointment if appropriate.

- Call 911 if you have a medical emergency: Notify the operator that you have, or think you might have, COVID-19. If possible, put on a cloth face covering before medical help arrives.
Guidelines to the public:
- Stay home if you’re sick – even if symptoms are mild.
- Practice good personal hygiene habits, including handwashing, coughing into your elbow, and avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Wear a mask or face-covering in public or when you can not safely distance yourself from others.
